Technical discovery sessions, engineering consultations and feasibility workshops are delivered online unless otherwise agreed. Meeting details, session duration, scope and schedule are confirmed before the engagement. Architecture reviews may combine online discussions with electronically delivered recommendations.
Reports and project artifacts
Reports, recommendations, documentation, code and other agreed artifacts are delivered electronically using email, an agreed repository or another agreed delivery channel. The service confirmation identifies which artifacts are included and how they will be delivered.
Custom engineering
Delivery for larger engineering engagements is governed by the proposal, statement of work or project agreement. This includes milestones, acceptance criteria, review periods, responsibilities and any support or handover arrangements.
When timelines begin
Timelines begin subject to the agreed payment arrangements, confirmed scheduling, required information and authorized access, and an agreed scope. If an input or dependency is delayed, we will discuss its impact and an updated schedule. Service-specific delivery expectations are confirmed before payment.
Delivery concerns
If you cannot access a delivered artifact or believe an agreed item is missing, contact us with the engagement details so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate response. Cancellation and non-delivery remedies are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and your service agreement.
No physical shipping
No physical shipping is involved in the services currently described on this website. If a future offering includes physical delivery, its shipping conditions will be stated separately before purchase.
